Project Overview
Katateb required a localization and checkout optimization phase to better serve international learners. The goal was to make the platform easier to use for both Arabic and English audiences while reducing friction in pricing and booking decisions across regions.
The work focused on practical, conversion-oriented delivery: bilingual UX structure, currency adaptability, and clearer purchase paths for education services.
Section 1 – General Overview
I. Project Objectives
The project targeted three main outcomes:

a. Bilingual Experience (AR / EN)
Built a dual-language experience for Arabic and English users, including cleaner content hierarchy, language-aware layout handling, and improved readability on mobile and desktop.
b. Multi-Currency Usability
Improved pricing clarity by enabling currency adaptation for different target markets, reducing confusion at checkout and supporting international customer trust.
c. Booking Flow Optimization
Refined key interaction points from offer discovery to action, with a stronger focus on conversion flow and reduced user hesitation.
Additional Features
- CMS Flexibility: Built and managed in WordPress with Elementor for scalable content updates.
- Design Consistency: UI refinements aligned with established visual direction and learning-product positioning.
II. Technical Overview
a. Platform Stack
The implementation was delivered on WordPress + Elementor, balancing speed of delivery with maintainability for non-technical content management.
b. Localization Strategy
Content and interface behavior were adapted for multilingual usage, including navigation consistency and language-specific content organization.
c. Currency Handling
Pricing visibility was improved through multi-currency support, allowing users in different regions to evaluate offers in familiar monetary context.
d. UX Delivery
The interface was optimized for conversion-first interactions: cleaner structure, clearer call-to-action emphasis, and improved responsiveness.
e. Design Workflow
Figma-supported iterations helped validate layout and messaging changes before implementation, ensuring a faster and safer production rollout.
